To qualify you must:  - Possess a valid resale tax number and submit a copy to us for our file. New York State businesses must complete a resale certificate form.  - Complete our wholesale application form.  - Be actively engaged in the business of picture framing or a closely related business, with a legitimate intent to resell.  - Possession of our catalog does not constitute an offer to sell nor guarantee eligibility to buy. Credit  - We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.  - Applications for credit without a completed Personal Guarantee will not be accepted. - Should you wish to establish a credit account with New York Frame, we require that you complete our credit application form. - Credit accounts must make a minimum of $3000 in purchases per year.  - Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing if applying for a credit account. Until credit is approved, we can ship via the following payment options: prepaid by check, cash (not available for UPS orders), or by credit card.  - The granting, extension, continuation or termination of credit is solely at the discretion of New York Frame.
