New York Frame sells wholesale to the trade only. To qualify
you must: |

Possess a valid resale tax number and submit a copy to us for
our file. New York State businesses must complete a resale
certificate form. |

Complete our wholesale application
form. |
|
|
- |
Be
actively engaged in the business of picture framing or a
closely related business, with a legitimate intent to resell. |
|
|
|
- |
Possession of our catalog does not constitute an offer to sell
nor guarantee eligibility to buy. |

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American
Express. |

Applications for credit without a completed Personal Guarantee
will not be accepted. |

Should you wish to establish a credit account with New York
Frame, we require that you complete our credit application
form. |

Credit accounts must make a minimum of $3000 in purchases per
year. |

|

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing if applying for a
credit account. Until credit is approved, we can ship via the
following payment options: prepaid by check, cash (not
available for UPS orders), or by credit card. |

The granting, extension, continuation or termination of credit
is solely at the discretion of New York Frame. |
